一、对学生进行首轮的适应性“三分钟演讲”训练

1. 教师要提前两星期布置“三分钟演讲”的任务, 并明确演讲顺序按学号从中间往两头进行。

这样安排便于学生及早准备演讲内容并能掌握自己的出场时间, 同时避免了乏味单调。学号的排列大多是先女生后男生, 顺序从中间开始往两头, 恰能使男女生错开。同时, 好中差也基本分散。即使偶有几个水平较差的学生连续演讲, 用一位学生的话来说也算是一种调节, 让同学们看到了不足, 为下一轮精彩的演讲铺垫蓄势。

2. 严格控制演讲时间。

既然是“三分钟演讲”, 那么时间就是三分钟, 就要对学生的演讲时间作严格的控制, 时间一到, 就得停止演讲, 而时间没到, 就得站在台上直到三分钟结束。这样做的理由是担心用时过多则会影响正常的教学进度, 当然最为重要的是可以让学生认真准备讲稿, 构思演讲思路, 不然就有可能出现敷衍了事的情况。

二、在适应性“三分钟演讲”的基础上推进第二轮的互评式“三分钟演讲”

推进第二轮的互评式“三分钟演讲”, 教师可以在首轮适应性的“三分钟演讲”基础上增加以下操作方法:

1. 向学校图书馆借阅有关演讲技巧的书籍和杂志, 把它放在班级的公共书柜里, 供学生阅读和提升。

2. 学生上台可带稿, 但不可读稿, 学生演讲后把演

讲稿张贴在教室指定的位置, 供其他学生交流, 让该学生认识自己的不足, 也促使下面的学生认真准备讲稿。同时, 让课代表每天及时统计并张贴各小组对当天演讲学生的项目评分, 让学生了解哪些项目是高分, 哪些项目是低分, 与前面的学生有没有差距, 从而了解自己的优点和不足。

1. 自由式“三分钟演讲”。

教师首先要改变演讲顺序, 按学习小组轮流并由组长负责点将。每组每天指定一位组员演讲, 一天两组, 依次轮换, 学习小组组长要组织讨论演讲内容, 督审演讲质量, 商定具体演讲人选, 每人机会均等, 可分工协作, 也可独立完成;其次要取消演讲时间的强制性, 延长时间不能超过5分钟, 以免冲击课堂教学, 这样便于学生掌握自己的出场时间, 拥有更多的主动性, 充分发挥自己的聪明才智;最后取消学生的项目评分措施, 由视频拍摄取而代之, 学生每周末都可以到学校下载空间下载视频文件, 同时教师择优选取学生的演讲作品, 以供同学们欣赏评价, 以示鼓励。

2. 主题式“三分钟演讲”比赛。

教师事先布置演讲题目, 以学习小组为单位, 每小组推荐两位选手, 也可向别的小组租借选手参加比赛, 然后每组推荐一名非选手评委, 组成评委团, 按比赛规则, 评选出若干名优秀选手, 演讲过程全程摄像, 将优秀选手的演讲视频上传至优酷网, 以资鼓励。

3. 开设“5+1”讲坛。

综上, 递进式提升学生口语表达能力可以归纳出这样一个递进式步骤:适应性“三分钟演讲”→互评式“三分钟演讲”→展示式“演讲”。笔者也对实验学生进行了纵向分析, 分析显示, 学生的口语表达能力有了显著进步。当然, “三分钟演讲”必须以规范为基础, 而且需要构建合理的评价机制。这样才能扎实有效地从语文课堂“三分钟演讲”开始, 递进式提升学生口语表达能力。

摘要:在日常的教学中, 我们发现许多学生在正式的人数相对较多的场合羞怯, 胆子小, 不敢说话;即使说话也是立意不明确, 内容单薄, 材料不具体;而且思路混乱, 结构不完整;同时存在语言贫乏、粗俗、口头禅比较多、方言比较普遍的现象。

初入大学校门的师范生,普通话基础尚可。一般情况下,与亲人或熟人进行日常生活交流的时候,可以做到流利和顺畅。当需要用普通话,有主题进行交流的时候,显得有些木讷笨拙:或者脸红耳赤,羞于开口;或者心蹦蹦直跳,怯于开口。话在喉头打滚,就是说不出来。或者闪烁离题,总说不到点子上;或者语句不清,往往词不达意。仔细分析学生在用普通话表达时的种种尴尬,笔者认为根源在于胆识不足。胆气不足,心里又羞又怯,总没有勇气开口;见识不够,不知道该怎么说,该说些什么,也就无话可说了。

俗语说,教师是“吃开口饭”的,当教师“三分靠内才,七分靠口才”。可见拥有良好的口语表达能力对于教师来说是多么的重要。教师自身的职业特点决定了教师口语水平对社会整体普通话的推广,语言规范化的实施,具有特殊的作用。目前,教师口语教学在每个师范院校中都列为技能必修课,也取得了良好的效果。俗语说:“曲不离口,拳不离手”,技艺的掌握和精熟离不开随时随地的训练,学生良好口语能力的获得同样如此。所以,在口语必修课以外,尽可能多地创造一些学生锻炼口语的机会,作为对必修课的必要补充,就显得很有意义了。“课前三分钟口语交际”训练在此背景下应运而生。

二、“课前三分钟口语交际”训练的目标

总目标:让学生在课堂情境下,通过口语训练不断增长胆识,在体验中不断成熟口语表达技巧,在认识自我中不断完善口语能力。为将来学生能大胆地走进课堂,自信地走向生活打好基础,做好准备。具体可以细分为以下几个方面:

第一,克服羞于、怯于自我表现的心理,在口语训练中树立敢说、乐说的自信。

第二,能根据说话的内容、场合和目的,使用恰当的语气语调、表情手势。做到文明表达,仪态大方。

第三,学会倾听与应对。

第四,了解口语能力对个人成长、发展的重要作用和重大意义。

三、“课前三分钟口语交际”训练的主要内容

在充分考虑学校、学生的学习现状以及学生就业实际需要的基础上,利用每节语文课的前三分钟,让学生在具体的教学情境中进行口语训练。具体要达到三个效果:一是练足胆气,学生站到讲台上能做到心不跳,脸不红,侃侃而谈;二是增长见识,做到讲述内容充实,条理清楚,观点鲜明;三是训练正确的发音技巧,做到语音响亮清晰,字正腔圆。具体分为以下几个环节:

第一环节:说说我最想说的

这一环节的主要目的是让学生站在讲台上,面对全班同学发言不紧张、不怯场,树立说话的自信和勇气。内容由学生自己选择,只要是健康向上的就行。方式上也不做具体要求,可以脱稿,可以念稿,可以即兴,可以读背。要求只有一条:站在讲台上尽量做到姿势放松自然,说话声音响亮镇静。

第二环节:告诉你我读过的

本环节的主要目的:在继续实现第一环节主要目的的基础上,鼓励学生多看书,进一步开阔视野。通过广泛阅读,不断地积累各方面的知识,学生语言“仓库”中的储备逐渐充实起来,外在习得的知识内化为自身的语言素质才能够真正实现。这样,在交流中脱口而出和创造性地运用语言才能够有可能。学生在相互听讲过程中分享别人的心得,学会倾听。

学生依照一定的顺序轮流上台进行口语训练。预先通知将要受训的学生,要求事先进行准备。选出自己最想讲给大家听的阅读过的内容,用自己的语言做一个简单扼要的介绍,也可以诉说自己的读书心得。要求最好能脱稿说话,实在不行,也允许学生持稿说话。

第三环节:我以我嘴说我心

语言是人与人之间的交际工具,语言是扎根于现实生活的,可以说,“生活的空间有多大,语言学习的外延就有多大”。本环节主要是在前两个环节的基础上,说说自己的所见所闻所感所思。主要目的在于提高口语表达流畅自如的能力。要求事先做好准备,可以先有稿件,说话时要求不可看稿,最好是能做到脱口秀。

第四环节:头脑对对碰

这一环节的主要目的是提高学生说话和听话的能力。一位学生讲完后,由另一位学生对这位同学的说话内容进行点评。点评是开放式的,不拘一格。最后,老师做一个简明的总结性发言。时间不超过五分钟。

四、“课前三分钟口语交际”训练的实施建议

苏霍姆林斯基指出:“给儿童以劳动的快乐,取得学习成绩的快乐,唤醒隐藏在他们心中的自豪感、自尊感,这就是教育工作的一条金科玉律。”学习成功是最足以促使学生热爱学习的一种动力,因此在开展课前一分钟口语训练时,给学生以充分展示自我的机会。老师鼓励的眼光、亲切的面容、赞赏的姿态对进行口语训练的同学来说是相当必要的。学生紧张时,及时引导;学生卡壳时,及时补场。讲完之后的评价要以肯定为主。只要学生说得抓住了特点,问得抓住了要点,评得抓住了闪光点,建议抓住了欠缺点,背得流利,想得有新意,都应该给予充分的肯定。努力发觉学生的闪光点,艺术地进行表扬和给予建议。事实证明,第一次站到讲台上的同学,都表现出不同程度的紧张。可是,随着时间的推移和上台人数的增多,学生的神态越来越镇定自若,讲话越来越流畅自如,内容也越来越充实、有趣、有意义。

在训练实施过程中,老师要做好充分的准备。备课方式采用资料式备课为好。这样,无论学生在口语训练过程中出现了什么情况,都可以做到有针对性地进行点评。

培养学生听说能力,进行口语训练是一个漫长的过程,需要教师学生进行持之以恒的、多维度立体化的训练和坚持。

五、“课前三分钟口语交际”训练的评价建议

(一)内容

1.学生参与课前三分钟口语训练的态度。

2.学生说话的仪态、方式以及声音控制等有无变化。

3.学生围绕中心运用普通话进行口语表达的熟练程度。

(二)形式

教师评价与学生自评、互评相结合。第一环节,第二环节以教师评价为主,教师的评价要有示范作用。根据学生所选的内容,有针对性地指导学生,建议普通话口语表达的技巧和事项,同时让学生从老师的点评中了解评价技巧。学生从第二环节开始学着进行自评、互评,自评和互评可以根据具体情况灵活穿插使用。

六、问题与启示

(一)存在的问题

1.训练内容有待充实完善

由于时间和水平有限,课程的内容设计显得有些单薄、不够系统。在使用的过程中要不断地修改、补充,使之完善。

2. 教师的口语指导能力还有待进一步提高

教师的指导是要即时即兴完成的,基本上要求学生讲完就能简明扼要地评点出来。这对老师的语言感受能力、语言驾驭能力和专业知识积累等方面的要求很高,老师只有扎扎实实地做好资料式的备课工作,才可以使评点起到画龙点睛的作用。

3.考核评估没有根据

国家课程会在某课程的课程标准中明确描述了该课程的目标、任务、考核标准、学习策略和评价体系。而作为校本课程,它的评价存在着时间、资源和训练上的制约因素。无法找到有关于校本课程评价体系的系统程序和建议模式,在师范类院校中也没有进行校本课程开发评价的训练。这些使得课前三分钟口语训练考核评估缺乏操作层面的参考。

(二)几点启示

1.教师角色转变

“课前三分钟口语交际训练”开发,实际上是对教材“口语交际”部分课程的深入实施。因此,教师应从课程被动执行者的角色,转变为课程实施过程中积极设计者、执行者和评价者的角色。也就是说,在角色内容上,教师从扮演单一的角色转变为多种角色;在角色的态度上,教师从被动的参与变为积极主动的参与;在角色的形式上,教师从孤立的工作转变为与他人合作。从而体现出教学相长这一教育规律对教师专业发展的促进作用。

2.更能体现学校特色和教师风格

任何一种教学行为都必须符合教师实际、符合当地经济发展的实际、符合学生实际、体现学校特色。离开学校和学生的实际,教学行为就会因缺乏针对性而降低教学的有效性。课前三分钟口语交际训练就是针对师范生的必修技能而开发的,既体现了学校的办学要求又满足了学生的发展需要。教师在训练中的角色决定了教师在其中拥有更大的自主权和更广阔的发挥空间,教师的个人风格和魅力可以得到更好的展现。

3.能更快地促进学生口语交际能力的提升

给予施展才华的机会,并且给予适当的技能技巧的指导,学生表现出来的进步是令人惊讶的。一轮下来之后,第二轮开始,学生基本能够做到稳稳地上讲台,较为流畅地脱稿讲述,讲述内容能够围绕主题展开,声音响亮,吐字清晰,还可以辅助一些适当的肢体动作了。

七、结语

“课前三分钟口语交际”训练的开发与实践是对已有师范生口语训练课程的重要补充,其目的是为了更好地提高师范生的口语表达能力,为将来自信地走进课堂,履行教师的职责做准备。它要求教师既要有自主改革的勇气,也必须有专业自主的能力。

It was an ordinary Saturday morning. I felt a little tired because of the preparation for the mid-term exams. It was not long before my mother came in with a large bunch of white roses picked from the seller’s gardon. During the next few minutes, we were both busy putting them into a big cley case.
